John is one of our long-time clients; his company specializes in overseas warehousing. In 2017, we helped John sublease a warehouse in Anaheim from our client David. With business expansion, John\u2019s warehouse in Anaheim became over capacity, necessitating a larger, independent warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John required a warehouse of 30,000 to 40,000 square feet with at least 4 loading docks, container parking spaces, 1 drive-in door, and a height of no less than 20 feet. Understanding these needs, Tiffany&#8217;s team quickly took action. Within 5 days, we tirelessly showed John various warehouses and actively negotiated with landlords. Finally, we found the perfect warehouse for John, measuring 33,171 square feet, with 4 loading docks, 5 container parking spaces, 1 drive-in door, and a height of 22 feet.
