In May 2016, we received a call from Ms. Wang (Amy) contacting our Tiffany team. Amy’s company specializes in shoe wholesale, primarily distributing various styles of women’s high heels. Due to the expiration of her current warehouse lease in Monterey Park and the landlord’s rent increase, she needed to control her internal expenses, so she sought our team’s assistance in finding a warehouse of 6,000 to 8,000 sq. ft.
Amy required the new warehouse to have at least 1 loading dock, 1 ground-level door, and a height of at least 16 feet. Under Tiffany’s leadership, after visiting several different warehouses over two days and coordinating diligently with the landlord within a week, the Tiffany team successfully assisted Amy in signing a three-year lease for the 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
