In November 2016, we received a call from Ms. Wang (Cathy) reaching out to Tiffany’s team. Cathy’s company specializes in warehousing and logistics, primarily storing and shipping outdoor furniture, BBQ grills, and home products. Many of their items are temporarily stored in the warehouse for one to two weeks before being shipped out.

Upon thorough understanding of Cathy’s needs, we learned that her current 30,000 sq ft warehouse was fully occupied. She needed an additional warehouse space of 40,000 to 50,000 sq ft in the City of Industry or Chino area. Cathy required the new warehouse to have at least 4 dock-high doors, 2 ground-level doors, and a 24-foot clearance.
