In mid-May 2017, we received a WeChat message from Mr. Lai (Ricky), the owner of a wholesale automotive parts business. Ricky’s company supplies auto repair shops and online e-commerce platforms. Through our dedicated efforts, Ricky successfully signed a three-year lease for the 22,500 sq. ft. warehouse. This new space not only met all of his requirements but also provided a strategic location near the 60 Freeway, enhancing his logistical capabilities and supporting his business growth.
