In mid-October 2017, we received a call from our valued client, Ms. Wang (Amy), who reached out to Tiffany’s Team. Amy is a leader in the shoe wholesale industry, specializing in various styles of women’s high heels. With the expansion of her business, the previous 8,000-square-foot warehouse we had helped her lease was no longer sufficient. Her partner, Mr. Li (Anson), had joined her in the mask production business, further necessitating the need for a larger warehouse.
After engaging in detailed discussions with Amy and Anson, we identified their specific requirements: they needed at least 1 loading dock and 1 ground-level door, with a warehouse height of at least 18 feet. To meet their needs, our team sprang into action, arranging multiple site visits in Commerce and Pico Rivera within just three days.
Ultimately, through our team’s relentless effort and close coordination with the landlord, Amy and Anson successfully signed a three-year lease for a 14,500-square-foot warehouse within a week. This not only provided ample space for their business expansion but also laid a solid foundation for future growth.
