In October 2018, Mr. Guo (William) reached out to our Tiffany’s Team, sharing his company’s rapid growth and urgent need to expand their warehouse space. William’s company specializes in overseas warehousing services, primarily storing electric bicycles, electric skateboards, and household appliances. Typically, these items are held in the warehouse temporarily for a few weeks before being shipped out.
After initial discussions, we gained a deep understanding of Mr. Guo’s requirements. His current warehouse had reached capacity, and he needed an additional 40,000–50,000 square feet of space in the Chino or Ontario area. The warehouse needed at least 4 dock-high doors, 2 ground-level doors, and a 24-foot ceiling height.
Tiffany’s Team quickly sprang into action, arranging multiple site visits within three days to ensure each option met William’s criteria. After working closely with the landlord, we secured a 52,432 sq ft warehouse that met his needs, and within just two weeks, we finalized a 5-year lease agreement, providing a timely solution to his warehousing requirements.
