In March 2019, Mr. Xie (Henry) contacted Tiffany’s Team, sharing that his company’s recent growth had exceeded the capacity of their Rancho Cucamonga warehouse, creating an urgent need for additional storage space to accommodate increasing client demands. Henry’s company specializes in overseas warehousing services, primarily storing outdoor furniture, artificial turf, and electric bicycles, which are typically held for a few weeks before being shipped in batches.
After an initial consultation, the TNG Tiffany Team gained a thorough understanding of Henry’s needs. Since his current warehouse was at maximum capacity, he wanted to find a new 30,000–40,000 sq ft warehouse nearby, equipped with at least 4 dock-high doors, 2 ground-level doors, and a 24-foot ceiling to streamline storage and shipping.
Tiffany’s Team quickly sprang into action, organizing a three-day intensive schedule of warehouse tours to ensure each option met Henry’s specific needs. After precise communication with both parties and a week of negotiations with the landlord, we successfully helped Henry secure a 32,560 sq ft warehouse with a 5-year lease, resolving his company’s storage expansion needs in a timely manner.
