Client Background:
In November 2020, we received a call from Mr. Fan (Mark). His company specializes in Amazon e-commerce, and with the continuous growth of his business, Mark realized that his current warehouse of only 2,150 square feet was insufficient to meet the increasing demands. With the lease about to expire, he hoped that Tiffany’s Team could find a new warehouse between 4,000 and 5,000 square feet to support his ongoing development.
Requirements and Challenges:
Mark had specific requirements for the new warehouse, including at least 2 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and a ceiling height of at least 20 feet. Additionally, he wanted the new warehouse to be located in a convenient area to facilitate quick inbound and outbound shipping of goods.
Solution and Results:

During a one-day site visit, Mark carefully evaluated the layouts and facilities of different warehouses. After close communication and coordination, we successfully reached an agreement with the landlord within five days, helping Mark sign a three-year lease for a 4,324-square-foot warehouse.
The layout and facilities of the new warehouse perfectly matched Mark’s business requirements, improving the efficiency of his operations and providing greater possibilities for future expansion.
