In January 2021, Ms. Dong (Teresa) contacted Tiffany’s team via WeChat. Teresa’s company specializes in transshipment services, providing container unloading, storage, and shipping services, primarily for outdoor furniture, fitness equipment, and home goods. Due to business expansion, she needed to move from a shared warehouse to an independent space. She was looking for a warehouse between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet around the Fullerton area. Her requirements included at least 3 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and a height of 24 feet or more.
After receiving Teresa’s request, Tiffany’s team quickly sprang into action. Within one day, we conducted on-site visits to several suitable warehouses. In just one week, our team successfully negotiated and coordinated with the landlord, ultimately helping Teresa secure a 3-year lease for a 19,816 square foot warehouse.
