In early February 2021, Ms. Zeng (Liz) contacted Tiffany’s team via WeChat. Liz’s company specializes in packaging retail and wholesale, providing custom packaging, gift boxes, printed paper bags, and printed glass jars. Due to business expansion, she needed a warehouse in the El Monte area, ranging from 7,000 to 8,000 square feet. Her requirements for the new warehouse included at least one drive-in dock and a height of 24 feet.
It so happened that Tiffany’s team had a brand-new warehouse just built. Because of our good relationship with the landlord, we were able to coordinate and negotiate multiple times within two days. Ultimately, our team successfully helped Liz secure a 3-year lease for an 8,675-square-foot warehouse.
