In mid-February 2021, TIffany’s Team received a call from Mr. Zhang (Chris). Chris’s company focuses on Amazon e-commerce, primarily selling a variety of home goods such as pillows, comforters, and baking utensils. As his business continued to expand, Chris was looking for a warehouse space of 5,000 to 6,000 sq ft in the Chino or Ontario area, requiring at least one drive-in dock and a height of 20 feet or more.
