At the end of March 2021, Tiffany’s team received a WeChat message from Mr. Xu (Allen), a client referred by our long-term client Ivan. Allen’s company specializes in truck dispatching and also engages in bulk purchasing of surplus goods with Ivan. After thorough discussions, we learned that Allen currently has a 10,000 sq ft warehouse in Chino but needs to expand and find a new warehouse of 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft in the vicinity of Industry City.
Allen had clear requirements for the new warehouse: at least 2 recessed docks, 2 ground-level roll-up doors, and a height of 24 feet. To promptly meet Allen’s needs, our team arranged multiple site visits within two days, carefully evaluating the potential and suitability of each warehouse.
Eventually, we found a 14,952 sq ft warehouse in Industry City that perfectly met Allen’s criteria. This warehouse not only had the required facilities but also offered convenient access to Highway 60, making it ideal for quick logistics and turnover. With our team’s diligent coordination with the landlord, Allen successfully signed a three-year lease within a week.
