In May 2021, Ms. Wang (Winni) contacted Tiffany’s team via WeChat. Winni’s company specializes in e-commerce, selling on major online platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and eBay, with a focus on holiday items (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), gift boxes, and wrapping paper. After understanding her needs, we learned that Winni had been subleasing a warehouse at Cubework for over a year and now wanted her own space. She asked us to help her find a 3,000 to 4,000 square foot warehouse in the City of Industry area.
Winni’s requirements for the new warehouse included at least one drive-in platform and a ceiling height of 16 feet or more. The Tiffany team immediately took action, and within a day, we visited multiple warehouses. After three days of close coordination with the landlord, we successfully helped Winni secure a 3,672 square foot warehouse with two drive-in platforms and a 16-foot ceiling height on a three-year lease.
