In September 2021, our longtime client Mr. Li (Ivan) reached out to Tiffany’s team via WeChat once again. Ivan’s company specializes in overseas warehousing and liquidation wholesale, helping clients with storage and shipping on major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and eBay, primarily focusing on small home appliances, pet products, and outdoor furniture.
Due to the continuous expansion of Ivan’s business, his existing warehouse in Industry City was no longer sufficient to meet his needs. He urgently required a new warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. Through in-depth discussions, we learned that Ivan was looking for a warehouse between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet, with at least 2 loading docks and 1 drive-in ramp, and a ceiling height of over 20 feet.
Tiffany’s team sprang into action, ensuring that we arranged multiple site visits within just one day. After a series of on-site evaluations, we successfully found a suitable warehouse for Ivan. Through close negotiations with the landlord, we managed to help Ivan sign a 5-year lease for a 16,070 sq. ft. warehouse in just 3 days. This warehouse features 3 loading docks, 1 drive-in ramp, and has a height of 24 feet, making it ideal for Ivan’s growing business needs.
