In March 2022, Mr. Lin (Eric) contacted Tiffany‘s team via WeChat again. Eric is one of our long-time clients; in 2021, we helped him lease a 7,625-square-foot warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. His company specializes in retail and wholesale sales of building materials, focusing on cabinets, flooring, kitchen countertops, and more.
Due to business expansion, Eric needed a new warehouse to serve as a showroom and for retail and wholesale purposes, making it more convenient for customers and workers to pick up goods. His requirements were a warehouse between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet, with at least 1 drive-in door, and a height of no less than 16 feet.
After understanding Eric’s needs, Tiffany’s team took immediate action. Within 1 day, we took Eric to inspect several warehouses, and within 2 days, we actively negotiated with landlords. Finally, we found an ideal warehouse for Eric, measuring 3,000 square feet, with a small yard, 1 drive-in door, and a height of 16 feet. We secured a 3-year lease for this warehouse.
