Jim’s company specializes in import and export trade, and he recently expanded into overseas warehousing to meet the growing market demand. To better support his new business, Jim sought our assistance in finding a warehouse of 20,000 to 30,000 square feet, ideally located in Industry City.

We successfully secured a 5-year lease for this warehouse.
