In May 2022, Mr. Zhang (Kevin) contacted Tiffany‘s team again via WeChat. Kevin is a long-time client of ours, and his company specializes in overseas warehousing. Our team previously assisted Kevin in 2019 with a sublease for a 45,000 SF warehouse in Ontario.

From our discussions, we learned that Kevin’s current sublandlord would not be renewing the lease, and due to significant business growth, the existing warehouse was no longer sufficient to meet his needs. Kevin was looking for a warehouse between 60,000 and 70,000 square feet in the Ontario area, with requirements including at least 10 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and a height of 24 feet or more.

Through our team’s relentless efforts, we visited various warehouses within 5 days and actively coordinated with the landlord of Prologis Group over the following two weeks. We successfully assisted Kevin in signing a 5-year lease for a 72,625 SF warehouse, which features 18 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and a height of 24 feet.
