In June 2022, Mr. Li (Kenny) contacted Tiffany’s team again via WeChat. Kenny is one of our long-time clients, and his company engages in e-commerce and overstock wholesale. In 2019, our team helped Kenny lease an 8,552 SF warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga.
According to our understanding, Kenny currently has many local customers in Redlands who come to his warehouse to pick up goods, so he needed a smaller warehouse in Redlands. Kenny’s requirements for the new warehouse included at least one loading dock and a height of at least 16 feet.
Acting quickly, Tiffany’s team spent a day visiting various warehouses. After five days of diligent negotiation with the landlord, we successfully helped Kenny sign a five-year lease for a 5,665 SF warehouse with one loading dock and a height of 17 feet.
