In December 2022, Tiffany’s team received a request from our client, Mr. Wang (Jack). His company focuses on the e-commerce distribution and transportation of electronic products and toys. Due to business growth, Jack wanted to find a suitable warehouse for subleasing in the San Gabriel area.
After understanding his needs, Tiffany’s team quickly arranged visits to several warehouses. Ultimately, we found a standalone warehouse with an area of 6,143 square feet, ideally located near Highway 10, featuring a private yard and ample parking space.
After effective negotiations with the landlord, Tiffany’s team successfully assisted Jack in subleasing the warehouse, providing an ideal storage and logistics environment for his e-commerce business.
