In April 2021, Tiffany’s Team received a WeChat message from Mr. Hu (Daniel). Daniel’s company specializes in warehousing and transportation. After understanding his needs, we learned that Daniel currently has a 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Long Beach, but due to the lease expiration, he needed to expand his operations and relocate. Daniel’s requirements for the new warehouse included at least 10 loading docks, 2 ground-level doors, and a height of over 24 feet.
To meet Daniel’s needs as quickly as possible, our team conducted site visits to various warehouses over three days. Within a week, through diligent negotiations with the landlord, we successfully secured a 55,662 sq ft warehouse for Daniel. This warehouse not only met but exceeded his requirements with 20 loading docks, 2 drive-in ramps, and a height of 26 feet.
