In August 2018, Mr. Zhang (Albert) contacted Tiffany’s Team via WeChat. Albert’s company specializes in truck delivery, with a business model that relies on quick turnover, where goods are loaded directly onto trucks immediately after being unloaded from containers. After in-depth discussions with Albert, we understood that he needed a warehouse with a large yard for efficient container movement.
Albert was looking for a warehouse space between 30,000 and 50,000 sq. ft. in the Rancho Cucamonga or Ontario area. His requirements for the new warehouse were quite specific: it needed to have at least 4 dock-high loading doors, 2 ground-level doors, and a ceiling height of over 24 meters to accommodate efficient cargo handling.
Upon receiving his requirements, Tiffany’s Team sprang into action, arranging multiple site visits. After three intense days of touring various warehouses, we finally found an ideal 45,685 sq. ft. facility that met all his needs. Over the next two weeks, we actively communicated and coordinated with the landlord, successfully helping Albert sign a 5-year lease agreement. Additionally, we assisted Albert in smoothly returning his 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Ontario to the landlord, ensuring that the security deposit was refunded, thereby alleviating Albert’s financial burden.
