In August 2021, Tiffany’s team was contacted via WeChat by Mr. Pan (Peter). Peter’s company specializes in liquidation wholesale, primarily handling excess inventory through e-commerce and overseas warehouses, then selling the sorted goods at wholesale prices. To meet the growing demand from his clients, Peter planned to expand his business in Orange County and urgently needed to find a new warehouse.
Through our initial discussions, we learned that Peter had a small warehouse in Industry City, but due to the continuous growth of his business, he needed a warehouse between 7,000 and 9,000 square feet to better manage and process his inventory. Peter emphasized that the new warehouse should have at least 2 drive-in ramps and a ceiling height of over 20 feet to facilitate efficient loading and unloading.
Once we received the request, Tiffany’s team sprang into action. Within just one day, we took Peter on-site visits to multiple warehouse options to ensure each met his requirements. In the following five days, we engaged in intensive negotiations with the landlord and ultimately secured an 8,825 sq. ft. warehouse for him. This warehouse not only has 2 drive-in ramps but also boasts a height of 22 feet, perfectly accommodating Peter’s business needs.
