At the end of January 2021, Mr. Fang (Frank) contacted Tiffany’s team. His company specializes in the retail and wholesale of dry food products, primarily offering a variety of snacks, instant noodles, and candies that are hard to find in the US. Since his customer base is mainly concentrated in Chinese communities, he needed a warehouse in the El Monte area, ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. His requirements for the warehouse were quite specific: it had to be a standalone building, have one drive-in dock, and a height of at least 16 feet.
After receiving Mr. Fang’s request, Tiffany’s team quickly sprang into action. Within one day, we conducted on-site visits to several suitable warehouses. In just five days, our team successfully negotiated and coordinated with the landlord, ultimately helping Mr. Fang secure a 3-year lease for a 3,684-square-foot warehouse.
