In July 2018, Ms. Li (Sammy) reached out to the TNG Shanshan Team via WeChat. Sammy’s company specializes in surplus goods wholesale, and they handle a wide variety of products. Once the goods are unloaded, they are sorted and repackaged in the warehouse before being sold. Sammy’s current warehouse, located in the City of Industry, had 10,000 sq. ft. of space, but due to business expansion, she needed a larger warehouse space.
After understanding her needs in depth, our team realized that Sammy not only required a 20,000 to 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse but also needed to quickly sublease her current warehouse in the City of Industry to avoid double rent payments. Her requirements for the new warehouse included at least one dock-high loading door, two ground-level doors, and a ceiling height of more than 20 meters to accommodate larger goods.
The TNG Shanshan Team quickly took action, and within just three days, we arranged multiple site visits for Sammy. Finally, we found a 25,358 sq. ft. warehouse in Chino that met her needs perfectly. After negotiating with the landlord, we successfully signed a 5-year lease agreement within a week. Additionally, we helped Sammy sublease her current 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the City of Industry within a week, relieving her of the lease pressure.
