In June 2021, Mr. Wu (Aaron) reached out to Tiffany’s team via WeChat. Aaron’s company specializes in overseas warehousing, mainly handling storage and shipping for clients on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and eBay, focusing on small home appliances, pet products, office chairs, and more.
Due to rapid business expansion, Aaron needed an additional warehouse in Industry City. He was looking for a warehouse between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet, with at least 2 loading docks, 1 drive-in ramp, and a ceiling height of over 20 feet.
Upon receiving the request, Tiffany’s team immediately took action. Over the course of one day, we took Aaron on-site visits to several potential warehouses. Within five days, we negotiated intensively with the landlord and successfully secured a 14,562 sq. ft. warehouse for Aaron. This warehouse, located in a prime area of Industry City, features 2 loading docks, 1 drive-in ramp, and 24-foot high ceilings, perfectly meeting all of Aaron’s requirements.
