In May 2018, Mr. Zhao (Peter) contacted Tiffany’s team via WeChat. At the time, his wholesale clothing company was undergoing rapid expansion. With an increasing number of overseas orders, Mr. Zhao’s current 8,500 sq. ft. warehouse was no longer sufficient, and he urgently needed a larger space to accommodate his growing business.

After thoroughly understanding Mr. Zhao’s requirements, we learned that he was looking for a warehouse between 10,000 and 20,000 sq. ft. It had to have at least 2 dock-high doors, 2 ground-level loading doors, and a ceiling height of at least 24 feet to efficiently handle their palletized goods.

The TNG Tiffany team quickly took action, arranging site visits to several potential warehouses in just three days. Throughout this process, we focused on finding a location that not only met all of Mr. Zhao’s needs but was also geographically advantageous. Finally, we found a 17,757 sq. ft. warehouse in the City of Industry and successfully negotiated with the landlord to secure a 5-year lease within 10 days.

In addition to securing the new space, we assisted Mr. Zhao with the smooth transition from his current warehouse, successfully retrieving his deposit from the previous landlord, and avoiding any unnecessary losses.
