In November 2017, Mr. Alex Qin contacted Tiffany’s team. Alex’s company specializes in e-commerce for 3D printers, mainly selling to Amazon and eBay customers. After a thorough understanding of his needs, we learned that Alex needed to expand his warehouse space and was looking for a warehouse of 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft in the Pomona or Ontario area. His requirements for the new warehouse included at least 2 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and a minimum ceiling height of 24 feet. Led by Tiffany’s team, we conducted site visits to several warehouses over two days and successfully negotiated with the landlord within a week, helping Alex secure a 5-year lease for a 28,900 sq ft warehouse.
