In September 2018, Mr. Jiang (Larry) contacted Tiffany’s Team by phone. His company specializes in furniture wholesale, requiring a larger warehouse space of approximately 50,000 to 60,000 sq. ft. Due to a significant rent increase from the landlord of his current warehouse in the City of Industry, Larry realized this would directly impact the company’s profitability, prompting him to urgently seek a new facility.
Through in-depth communication, we learned that Larry needed a warehouse with at least 6 dock-high loading doors, 2 ground-level doors, and a ceiling height exceeding 24 meters to accommodate the storage and handling of large furniture items.
Upon receiving his requirements, Tiffany’s Team sprang into action. Within the next 5 days, we arranged multiple site visits for Larry to inspect suitable warehouses. Ultimately, we found an ideal 62,500 sq. ft. facility that perfectly met his needs. Through swift negotiations with a large group landlord, we successfully secured a 5-year lease for Larry.
Additionally, we assisted Larry in completing the handover process with the landlord of his previous warehouse, ensuring that the original deposit was refunded promptly, thereby alleviating Larry’s financial pressure.
