In June 2021, Mr. Lin (Jamie) contacted Tiffany’s Tema through WeChat. Jamie’s company specializes in e-commerce, selling kitchen utensils, gardening tools, and cleaning supplies on major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and eBay. According to our team’s understanding, Jamie already had an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the City of Industry, but due to business expansion, he needed another warehouse in the Chino area with a size between 10,000 and 20,000 sq. ft. Jamie’s new warehouse requirements included at least 2 drive-in ramps and a height of over 16 feet.
Thanks to the efforts of Tiffany’s team, we conducted on-site visits to several warehouses within just 2 days and negotiated with the landlord multiple times within a week. Finally, we successfully helped Jamie secure a 3-year lease for a 15,578 sq. ft. warehouse, which features 3 drive-in ramps, a height of 16 feet, and a standalone yard, perfectly meeting Jamie’s needs.
