This warehouse met all of Charles’s requirements and featured a spacious private yard. Within a week, we successfully negotiated a three-year lease with the landlord. The warehouse, equipped with 5 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and a 24-foot ceiling height, provided ample storage space for his wholesale business. Simultaneously, Tiffany’s team successfully subleased the remaining one-year lease of the 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse within two weeks.
