Charles’s company specializes in automotive parts wholesale, primarily dealing in wheel rims, LED headlights, and various automotive accessories. Over the next three days, we accompanied Charles to visit multiple warehouses and finally found an ideal 53,654 sq. ft. warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. This warehouse met all of Charles’s requirements and featured a spacious private yard. Within a week, we successfully negotiated a three-year lease with the landlord. The warehouse, equipped with 5 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and a 24-foot ceiling height, provided ample storage space for his wholesale business. Simultaneously, Tiffany’s team successfully subleased the remaining one-year lease of the 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse within two weeks.
