In June 2021, Mr. Lin (Eric) reached out to Tiffany’s team once again. Eric had previously successfully rented a 20,000-square-foot warehouse with our assistance, operating smoothly in Fontana. His company specializes in wholesale building materials, mainly providing various cabinets and flooring. With the booming business, Eric felt the urgent need for expansion and planned to establish a new storage and display space in Rancho Cucamonga.
