In May 2019, Mr. Liao (Justin) reached out to Tiffany’s Team once again. Justin, one of our clients from 2015, operates a trucking company specializing in quick turnover of goods. Typically, shipments are unloaded from containers and immediately loaded onto trucks for delivery. Due to his company’s rapid growth, Justin needed additional warehouse space with a large yard to facilitate flexible container movement.
After an initial consultation, we understood that Justin was looking for a new warehouse of approximately 20,000–30,000 sq ft in the Rancho Cucamonga or Ontario area, equipped with at least 4 dock-high doors, 1 ground-level door, a 24-foot ceiling, and a spacious yard to support efficient operations.
Tiffany’s Team acted quickly, organizing multiple site visits within three days and carefully screening each option to ensure it matched Justin’s unique requirements. Thanks to close communication and coordination with the landlord, within just one week, we successfully secured a 25,700 sq ft warehouse for Justin with a 5-year lease, meeting his expansion needs.
