In March 2021, our TNG team received a WeChat message from Mr. Li (Ivan). Ivan’s company specializes in warehousing logistics, providing efficient storage and shipping services for clients, with a primary focus on products like outdoor furniture, electric bicycles, and home goods. Many items are typically stored in the warehouse for one to two weeks before being shipped out. Additionally, Ivan is involved in the acquisition and wholesale of surplus goods.
After in-depth discussions with Ivan, we learned that his current 10,000 sq ft warehouse in Industry City was at full capacity, and he urgently needed to expand with an additional warehouse space of 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft. Ivan specified that the new warehouse must have at least two unloading docks, two ground-level roll-up doors, and a height of 24 feet or more.
Our TNG team quickly arranged a three-day warehouse tour after receiving the request. During this time, we carefully evaluated several suitable warehouses and discussed each option’s potential and advantages with Ivan. After thorough research and selection, we identified a 17,564 sq ft warehouse that met all of his requirements.
Through our team’s active coordination and efforts with the landlord, Ivan successfully signed a five-year lease within a week. This collaboration not only demonstrated our team’s efficient operation and professional service but also reaffirmed our commitment to meeting our clients’ needs.
