In February 2022, Mr. Wu (William) contacted Tiffany’s team via WeChat. William was referred to us by our long-time client Andy, and his company is also in the overseas warehousing business. From our understanding, William’s current warehouse in the City of Industry was over capacity due to a new overstock wholesale business, and he needed to expand by finding a new warehouse. William required a warehouse of 4,000 to 5,000 square feet, with at least 2 drive-in doors, and a height of no less than 20 feet.
After understanding William’s needs, Tiffany’s team immediately took action. Within 2 days, we tirelessly took William to inspect several warehouses and actively negotiated with landlords. Finally, we found an ideal warehouse for William, measuring 4,000 square feet, with 2 drive-in doors, and a height of 23 feet. We secured a 5-year lease for this warehouse.
