In January 2022, Ms. Wang (Elly) contacted Tiffany’s team again via WeChat. Elly is one of our long-time clients, and her company is in the e-commerce business. Back in 2018, we helped her lease a warehouse in Baldwin Park. As her business rapidly expanded, the Baldwin Park warehouse became insufficient. To support her growth, Elly needed our help to sublease her current warehouse and find a new one of 8,000 to 9,000 square feet in the City of Industry area.
