Back in 2018, we helped her lease a warehouse in Baldwin Park. As her business rapidly expanded, the Baldwin Park warehouse became insufficient. To support her growth, Elly needed our help to sublease her current warehouse and find a new one of 8,000 to 9,000 square feet in the City of Industry area.
