In mid-March 2017, Mr. Wang (James) reached out to our team via WeChat. James’s company specializes in third-party warehousing and shipping services. Previously, he had been sharing warehouse space with others, but due to business expansion, he needed a larger space. James was looking for a warehouse of at least 10,000 sq. ft. in the Industry City area, with specific requirements of at least 2 loading docks, 1 ground-level door, and ceilings over 20 feet high.
Within two days, our team, led by Tiffany, conducted site visits to various warehouses. After a week of intensive coordination with the landlord, we successfully assisted James in signing a five-year lease for a 15,700 sq. ft. warehouse.
